WAAFI APP

Please fix issues related to bluetooth connection and hearing issues even on phone speaker. I purchased $5 to make calls, calls goes through but you can't hear anything even through you can see other person answered. Sometimes are ok other times are frustrating so help us fix that. The app is quite responsive and easy to use. However, one major drawback is that every time a new update is released, it forces users to update before they can continue using the app. This creates a poor experience, especially during time-critical moments, such as at the till or point of sale, during emergencies, or when users are low on data and unable to download a 400MB+ update.

Other than that, this app provides us with the convenience to call relatives back home and access our bank account from the comfor of our coaches in the diaspora. Great work hormuud. However, Hormuud is a billion dollar company. For God’s sake invest a little bit of money to fix all these bugs and prompting us to update all the time. This is a money wallet. It is not a regular app. Please hire Pros to stabilize the app.
