Honestly the app would be good but you have to pay for things like eating more foods so what’s the point if you can’t get the food each body part needs so personally I figured something out but I can’t do this everyday so it would be nice if we could at least pick an amount thats greater than four an example is 7 or 6 maybe 10 and then you could have to pay for stuff like statistics and no ads even though there aren’t ads and then more foods higher than the new number but other than that I would still try and use this app even though I have to eat three foods for all body parts Thanks for reading!😊 BYE!✌️

I enjoy using this app. It would be nice to have a few things added, and if possible. - it’s unclear how one can delete a profile. I stumbled my way thru the first attempt and created a test profile I can’t delete because I can’t find the option to delete it. - is there a tutorial for the basic stuff? I can’t find one. - more foods would be nice, as well as some current alternative products. Perhaps with a tutorial, some items would be considered “covered” by certain categories/items on the existing list. Thanks.

This will work fine for people on a very limited, traditional diet but it is not complete enough for me. For instance, for foods that help the heart there are like 8 foods and that includes potatoes (?). I specifically drink a hot drink in the morning that I mix up myself with ingredients that help my heart, gut and immune system that has cinnamon, turmeric, mushroom powder, cacoa powder, maca, ginger, etc. I drink nettle tea to help my immune system and manage allergies. I eat a lot of wild foods and things like elderberries, chia seeds, kombucha, etc. I don’t want to log cereals as a healthy food for the day. There is an option to email her and request new foods to add but I’d need a hundred. I would love it if the app allowed you to add your own foods and categories but it does not support that.
