Won’t recognize rewards
App never will let me use rewards. When I view rewards they’re always right there and it says “redeemable at checkout”. Then I go to check out and try to select the reward and they all say “unredeemable”. I even cashed on 400 rewards for a bag of chips and lo and behold the reward points were deducted from my balance but no option to redeem the bag of chips ever appeared. Back to Jimmy John’s I guess which is a shame because I prefer silver mine but at least Jimmy John’s app works and I can actually cash in the rewards
