I purchased this for my in ground pool and paid over $300. Company pairs it with an app for programming the pool cleaner but the app hasn’t been updated for 2 years now. I purchased this pool cleaner from Walmart and if the app doesn’t work with the cleaner, it’s being returned and I will spend my $300 on a cleaner than has an app and is highly rated. So tired of these Chinese companies stating in the product preview that there is an app to control and use the cleaner when programmed but turns out to be utterly useless after purchase and delivery.
Keeps saying “server certificate not authorized”. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and that did not work. It seems this has been an issue now for a few months and nothing has been done! It's like they abandoned the app and left us with a worthless app that you can't even access. The vacuum is awesome so kinda shocking to see them have the app in its current state.
After much effort initially to register and synch with my network, the app froze the next day. Then, after deleting and reinstalling the app, it no longer recognized my password, and wouldn’t accept a new one. Fortunately, I can still operate the vacuum manually and definitely don’t need this problematic app. On the upside, I’m incredibly impressed with how well the vacuum has performed so far these last couple of days.
