Erratic and uneven. Never sure when the shuttle will or if will arrive. One of many examples, I booked a shuttle today and the wait time was 29 minutes without identifying the driver scheduled or showing where in the route the shuttle was located. My wife booked one 3 minutes later and miraculously the shuttle was arriving in 4 minutes. Didn’t show for 15 minutes yet still well ahead of my original scheduled time. Really?
