I thought I would prefer a regular hotel key, but the app turned out to be pretty useful. Didn’t need to go anywhere to get keys. Didn’t need to communicate with my Airbnb host. I just checked in using the app. App also lets you reserve the game room in the movie room.
Too often in sub zero temperatures everyone in my group is huddled around the card reader hoping this app will properly register and not open the Apple Wallet app. This app is buggy, lacks basic information, and just frustrating.
