Videos to Photos is a breath of fresh air in a sea of over-complicated apps. It does exactly what it promises: extracts photos from videos, and it does it perfectly. What I love most is what it DOESN’T have – no unnecessary features, no confusing menus, no subscriptions trying to upsell you on things you’ll never use. Just pure functionality. You select your video, choose your frames, and you’re done. It’s incredibly straightforward. The app is fast, reliable, and the quality of the extracted photos is excellent. Whether I’m pulling stills from family videos or capturing the perfect moment from action footage, it handles everything smoothly. If you need to extract photos from videos, stop looking and download this. It’s proof that sometimes the best apps are the ones that simply do one thing really well.
I found this app when trying to turn wobbly nature videos into still images. This is the best and is completely free. There’s not even an option to buy anything in the app! You can set how many frames per second to turn into images and automatically makes a still image for your video. Videos over 30 seconds can take a few minutes, but that should be expected.
