Brusheez - The Little Monsters Toothbrush Timer

We were having a tough time getting our daughter to brush her teeth. Then we found this fabulous app!!! Your children not only can create a little monster but customize the monster's teeth to be like theirs! As the song plays it shows you where to brush as the seconds tic by. You set the timer to be the amount of time you want your children to brush. My daughter adored her little monster and bobs her head to the song as she brushes. My husband and I often find ourselves singing the song in our heads as we brush too. This app is a wonderful tool in the battle to get your child to brush their teeth! THANK YOU so very much!!!

I struggled with my daughter to get her to brush her teeth to the point of frustration. Not even the sadness of getting cavities filled and a tooth pulled worked to get her to brush more carefully and thoroughly. She’s 9 now, and keeping her gums and adult teeth healthy is the current mission. Brusheez has been a game changer and the chore of brushing teeth has been replaced by fun. She sings the song, she brushes without annoying delay tactics, she scrubs every tooth front and back, and she tickles and spins her cute monster crew. We brush together now and are solidifying better habits. Bonus - My own teeth feel cleaner, too.

I am a behavior interventionist and work with children with autism. This app has been an excellent tool in not only helping kids learn to their brush teeth but also work on other tasks (putting on clothes, coloring, etc.)! Even though it's just for brushing teeth, this timer has allowed me to make some non-preferred activities to be actually enjoyable. Some of the kids love the catchy music and movements of the app so much they will just watch it on their free time! It would be awesome if the app developer could modify the app to be for other tasks in addition to brushing teeth!
