First time I used it, it was fine. But next two times driver claimed they were on way and their car never moved. Lousy service.
This app has so much potential to be good but has too many glitches. Often the real time map doesn't even work and you don't receive notifications that your taxi is here leading to frustration for both you and the driver. I would not recommend this app to anyone. I'm going to just stick with calling in my bookings.
