Not sure why a lot of negative reviews. I’m not super tech savvy but I never had issues with the app. So far it works for me. Now if the CU adds Zelle or any p2p option, I’d say perfect!

Much like many reviews as of late—I was not able to login until I called their Online Banking team and was assisted over the phone. Somehow my contact phone number was not inputted correctly so the specialist assisted me with this and had my access restored. Overall—the app is decent and gets the job done.

App worked fine for like 2 years and then out of no where it hits me with “we don’t have your info anymore” and I can’t log in, a couple phone calls later and I learn all my info for the app was LOST. Sick one guys. I know it’s hard for small banks to have good apps but losing all of my info and not letting me log in? tight. Also app goes down all the time at night even on weekends so if you’re out at night just came outta the club at like 2am wanna check your balance? Hah negs brah.
