I would like to thank Kaylyn for all her hard work in helping me with the new app that I have on my phone. She was very patient kind and it took a very long time because he was very complicated I hadn’t signed in since 2021. So I think it probably took like at least 40 minutes to get everything situated. She was very patient very kind very courteous. So I would like to thank her for that.

Great tool however the app doesn’t include a picture of the check deposit once it goes through. This would be great for users to track finances if making more then one check deposit that happens to be the same amount. For examble, if I deposit two $100 checks and one bounces or has any issue, it is unresolvable without a trip to the bank because it’s unclear which check has the hang up… unless the picture (or a portion of it) the user took during mobile deposit was included in the deposit details link already provided for each deposit.
