Followers Track for Instagram!

so, i run a fan account on instagram. Analytics are important to me so i downloaded this app to watch who followed and unfollowed me. After maybe two weeks of having this app I was logged out of my instagram account and when I logged back in it told me that I had violated instagrams rules by using a follower tracking app. As a punishment for this, I would not be able to like or comment on anything, follow or unfollow anyone, and I could only post something if it had no caption. This was a fair punishment and acceptable. I learned my lesson. I logged out of the app then deleted it. I waited out my week on instagram and was finally allowed to go back to normal. A few hours after having my normal account back, I unfollowed a bunch of inactive accounts, and was suddenly logged out of my account. I was made to change my password and was given the exact same notification as before. No liking, commenting, following or unfollowing. So now I have another week to wait out. My instagram is permanently screwed due to this app and I cannot make any actions without getting punished again. This is incredibly unfair and frustrating. Instagram is horrible about contacting people so I very much doubt that they will respond to my email and fix their mistake. So please, I beg you, do not download this. Save your instagram from being unusable because this garbage excuse for an app is absolutely worthless.

The app worked well at first like most reviews have claimed. But then after a bit it timed me out and started loading on the apps main page. Which was fine I refreshed the app and could no longer click to see my following. When I opened up Instagram I found that I could no longer access my following. When I’d click it it would say I was following no one when on my own page it said I was following the correct amount. I can no longer click and view who I am following and immediately deleted the app. I have been going back and forth deleting Instagram logging out and refreshing my phone. When I bring my account up on my computer I can access all the people I am following but no matter what it won’t appear on my phone on the app. I tried to find a customer support for this company but all they refer to is a sketchy page with an email. And in their terms and policies they claim you can remove all your data by clicking on terms and policy within the app only after you login and click settings. Once I followed these steps there was no way to delete any of my data even when I opened terms and policies after logging in it said the same! DO NOT USE THIS APP NOT WORTH THE RISK! On top of this, I do not trust the positive reviews and even after all of the “app updates” it’s still glitching and messing up people’s accounts! NOT WORTH THE RISK! Would rate 0/5 if I could!

Worked great at first, then had a few bugs, they fixed them, works great again! Worth waiting for. Didn’t realize how much I used it and needed it when it was down. Again, worth the wait. Wish List: Would be nice if we could exclude certain profiles manually before you hit the mass unfollow all button. I know you can unfollow manually, that would take too long. I’m referring to those certain profiles with check marks that don’t follow back, but you still want to follow. Uncheck those before starting the process of mass unfollowing so that their still there. I had a prospective client with a private account that accepted me, but didn’t follow back. Every time I mass unfollowed they’d be gone. I had to request them all over again and it must of been annoying for them. To get around it I used the manual feature which took forever. Yes, I did end up closing the deal! This is why I’m putting it on my wish list.
