I love this app! Iโve been enjoying the free version for a while now and am thinking of getting the premium version. You can track your workouts, reps and weight. It also automatically puts it in for you based on when you last completed the workout. I like that! Itโs very convenient as I donโt have to retype everything every time. You can also re name and add your own workouts. You can add stair master and treadmill and allows you to add distance and time. Itโs amazing! Iโll be able to see my progress with the premium, which Iโm pretty excited about. As I get into my gym girl era this has been a very helpful app. I have enjoyed it thank you! I recommend to anyone looking for an app to track workouts and like to keep track of specific weights and reps. You can costume make your own routines as well which is nice!
Iโm 5 months into without missing a single day at the gym and I attribute it to this app. This app is was/is a game changer for me. I used to just wing my weights and never could commit to progressive overload because I didnโt have a good system of tracking. I looked into different options and the simple yet complex UX design of this app is amazing. You can tell the developer studied every move of the customer journey. I could easily jump in and use this app without having to understand all the layers of it. I started with the free version for two months and it was perfect. Once I was lifting more I wanted to see my progress so I purchased it. When you purchase it, the statistics and tracking make lifting much more motivating. This app adds accountability and an element of structured fun that makes follow through more attainable. I will never not use this app. I would love a way to have plate counting element on the app because if Iโm not in this app Iโm using my calculator. Probably not necessary but fun to consider!
I checked out a handful of similar apps and found this one to have the best mix of simplicity, data tracking, customization. I like that a given workout is laid out as one straightforward page, so you donโt have to go in and out of each exercise while youโre logging them. I also like that the your history is readily accessible from within an active workout, which makes progressive overload a lot easier. Itโs easy to look at the statistics for a variety of useful factors over different time scales (volume per workout, volume per muscle group or specific exercise, number of reps or sets per X, etc). I could nitpick a few minor things (itโs crashed a couple of times, without losing anything), but itโs a very solid, smartly designed app that I expect to rise in popularity, especially since the developer is responsive to feedback and always improving it.
