Telekom alkalmazás

Won’t let me top up in the app. Keep having to go to the store. Telekom won’t let me pay for extra data at the beginning, so we had to make multiple trips to Telekom to simply buy more data. I could only buy 500MB the first time because that’s all they had in stock at the store…that’s all they had available. It’s 2022, Telekom. People need more data. Had to wait several hours before they could add more data. Tried to add it by the app, but the app wouldn’t accept any of our cards that I’ve been using daily here. I’m here on vacation…not to visit the Telekom store. Also, why aren’t you linked with T-Mobile everywhere else? I’ve bought T-Mobile SIM cards in Poland, Austria and Slovakia in the last week. None of them worked in each other’s countries. It’s 2022. How about we allow roaming data? Each place I was told the data should work in other countries, but it never did. Slovenia and Croatia SIMs work just fine in each other’s countries. I love Hungary, but the Telekom service was the only bad thing I dealt with here.

I’ve used the app in Hungarian for the last 2 years to pay my bills and check things like data use. It’s always been pretty easy to navigate. And today after the update, it’s gotten even better with English headings and menu tabs! Great work Telekom!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Pocsék! Augusztus elsején vásároltam havi díjas szolgáltatást, az applikacio nem működött, vissza kellett mennem a boltba, ahol nem tudtak megoldani a problémát. Ma ki tudtam nyitni az apllikaciot. Ott találtam 13 perc hálózaton kívüli hívást amit nem tudok beazonosítani. Ez alapján az applikacio 453 forint egyenleget mutat, holott 90 perc ingyenes a Mobil M szerint. A havi díj összege úgy tűnik nem tükrözi a tényleges összeget, ami a feleségem előfizetése miatt csökkentett összegű. Az egész applikacio jobb esetben nem világos, rosszabb esetben félrevezető. Csakúgy mint a boltban három különböző kollégátol kapott különböző információ arra vonatkozóan, hogy a 90 ingyenes perc Európán belül pontosan hogyan használható fel: pl. Ausztriából Angliába, angol számra irányuló hívás ingyenes-e 90 percen belül? A Magyarországról például Angliába, angol számra irányuló hívás ingyenes-e a 90 percen belül? A Magyarországról 30-as számra indított de külföldön fogadott szám a 90 percbe vagy a korlátlan kategóriába tartozik?
