They are a scam. I ordered the same package from Etsy twice because the first one didn’t arrive. It shows package is delivered but it never arrived. They are scammers, probably stealing the packages as well. I called the customer support and filled out the form on their website but they never called back.

I have been waiting for the package to arrive. I called the customer service and they told me the package would arrive the following day, but it didn’t. I called them several times but they are just giving misleading information. This application not useful, there is no option to redirect the package to another delivery point. I do not recommend to use this application and this courier at all.

Avoid them. They assume everyone uses Viber — how stupid this company is. I’ve been trying to call them to find out where my package is. They sent it back, and no one refunded me. They claim they sent an SMS, but it was actually sent to Viber app. . I’m going to report them.
