QUIZ Clothing

Not shopped with quiz for so many years, used to find it ok, but not all that different and some of the stuff used to look quite cheap looking, but I am going back a lot of years, but pleasantly surprised by how nice their clothes are now, and glad I have downloaded the app, just ordered a wrap over top, so let’s hope it’s looks good and fits. Will be definitely checking out quiz in the future.

Not impressed with this app at the moment. I ordered a dress but when I got my confirmation email it had 3 dresses on it not including the one I ordered (and no, none of them showed in the checkout process). I tried ordering the dress I wanted, it was in my basket but when I signed in and went to checkout...it said my basket was empty!! I tried a few times with the same problem. The phone number on the website and Facebook doesn’t exist so the only way to ‘get in touch’ is by email or by messenger on Facebook. I have messaged but as yet no reply. So, I guess I’ll have to wait for the 3 dresses that I don’t want to arrive and then return them and hopefully get my £115 back.

I absolutely love quiz, I have been shopping at quiz for years! I never walk out of the store without anything, I am obsessed with the clothes, perfect fit and really generous, styles are amazing every season! 99% of the time I’m at the Meadowhall store in sheffield, but occasionally I go to the frenchgate store in Doncaster, and at both stores the staff are lovely. In fact all my wardrobe is quiz. I cannot wait go back to my local store and see the new season. So all you guys at quiz, thank you for being amazing!
