Stole my money with no compensation
I live in the Isle of Man and was on holiday in Manchester. Ordered a parcel for Saturday delivery to my hotel in Manchester, as I was leaving Sunday night. Did not receive my parcel in time, went back to IoM without it. Contacted Missy Empire and Yodel that I will no longer be at the delivery address, they still delivered it 2 days later to the wrong place and when I contacted ME CS, they provided me with a screenshot where Yodel said it’s been delivered even though that was my complaint and then went on to promise they will claim from insurance for this and then REJECTED my claim after providing all necessary evidence. That it was late and delivered to a place I was no longer at when I’d told them both I’d no longer be there 2 days prior, and then not compensated at all. They stole my money.
