Fix the repayment of the alone of Credit features. Having to call the credit union to get the .01 zeroed out is ridiculous. That’s been going on since switching over to this loan payment method of paying off the line of credit. It’s almost like office space if you leave 1 vent on the account somewhere some how interest is being made over multiple credit union members like me who doesn’t have time to call to have the 1 cent zeroed out
For over a year I have been using their mobile deposit system on the app, and to say it is terrible would be an understatement. It is a true gamble every month whether it is going to work, consistently as you hit submit after taking the photos if the front and back of checks you have to hold your breath whether it is going to work. About 7 out of 10 attempts will take you back to the log in screen when you hit submit and you have to start all over. If you call them there recommendation is to uninstall and then install the app from the App Store. Such a pain! I have two other banks that we use and deposit all the time from my iPhone with no issues, but this app is highly unstable, you would think banks would of heavily invested in better app technology for deposits, after all isn’t depositing money their back bone if survival? I would of never been with this credit union had it not been for the relationship they had with the car dealership that we bought our car from. I contemplated leaving 1 star but I just could bring myself to rate that low.
Their system showed our loan was successfully payed by my separated husband for SIX MONTHS- they even sent written statements by mail showing the loan balance lowering each month. Now, they’ve suddenly reversed all payments, stating my terrible ex never paid (totally possible) and that my loan is in default. They acted like they’re doing me a favor by skipping just two of those failed payments SIX MONTHS later. I’ve never seen this much incompetency. I set up a payment plan over the phone (and made an immediate payment) and was then ghosted by the employee, Valerie, (who made a verbal agreement to keep my loan out of default via this payment plan) after receiving additional letters asking me to set up a payment plan. I’m convinced each employee operates independently without any communication. HOW IN THE WORLD DOES IT TAKE SIX MONTHS TO ALERT A CLIENT THAT THEIR PAYMENTS AREN'T BEING PROCESSED PROPERLY!? If you were a loan servicer, wouldn’t you check that you actually received a payment before sending MULTIPLE indications that you were paid in full each month?
