After the last update, I was logged out of my account. Now, when I am trying to log back in, I receive an “authentification error” message. Even though the password is correct, it will not let me log in. I tried even to reset it, but no matter what new password I choose, it says it does not respect the criteria (but all of the passwords I tried to set were respecting all of the criteria). I hope you will sort out this BUG ASAP. Looking forward to seeing this solved instead of receiving a standardized reply with a password example as other users that reported this problem have received.

I don’t think I’ve used a slower app than this one… every 3 months the app logs me off from my account, although entering the correct password, says that invalid login, while on the PC the same password works just fine. Resetting the password is a dream with this app, never works, it says technical problem encountered try again later, no matter how late you try, same error. It would be nice if such a huge company can hire capable developers that know what customers want and know how to make the app work.
