My Orange Romania

I have been a confident client of Orange for over 10 years. However, they provided me with false information, sold me a plan that did not meet my request, refused to take responsibility for their mistake, and did not cover the extra costs. After a month of chats in the app, conversations in their stores, and repeated conversations with their customer service, they only prove to waste more time, showing respect for their customer base. I will never use orange again, and I recommend that no one does.

The application could be a lot simpler. Notifications for when PrePay is about to expire would be helpful too. Instead, notifications are just about promotions and stuff. Sad.

Now, I don’t usually write reviews for apps because I don’t feel like doing it. Usually the apps that I download do exactly what they’re supposed to, so I don’t bother with writing reviews. Also, there isn’t any app that makes me “wow, I really need to tell people how good this is”. And that was also correct for “wow, I need to tell people how bad it is”.. until now. This app is a disaster. I use it for one thing, only one thing: to recharge my prepay account. And it just doesn’t work. Everytime I try to do it, it takes an age to load the main page, then another decade to load to the page where I have to select my payment method. It’s so frustrating that it’s not worth going into the app, just using Safari is better because the website actually loads in a reasonable amount of time. And one time I got asked if the app is good, like a feedback thing. I gave it a 1, said it isn’t working how it should, and I clicked “submit”. And I got SPAMMED with feedback things after that to the point that I closed the app out of frustration and now I’m deleting it, I’ll just use the website and that’s it. Although it is nice to see your data usage and things like that, the app just isn’t working, I’m sorry.
