The iPhone version is excellent đ , very intuitive and easy to use, gives much more information about the companies, like: Company details, Key ratios (including Per share ratios), Financial summaries and full statements (including Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow reports) which help a lot the potential investor to create a better picture about the Company.
Also the Portfolio feature is great and helpful too on iPhone version. Could not see it on iPad version. đ
The iPad version gives only very minimum details about the instrument (like name, price, currency, minimum traded quantity...).
Would be highly appreciated if trading212 team will bring the features described above from iPhone version into iPad version, as on iPad itâs easier to trade thanks to itâs bigger screen and as result more information could be displayed during trading.
Keep up the good job in customer service with the live chat! Very quick and helpful service, thank you. However hard to access it (I think due to Covid-19 lockdown). Hope it will come back after lockdown is lifted and the pandemic will pass.
Otherwise great trading experience so far. Keep up the good job and the number of your customers will raise continuously.

SCAM - AVOID
The app is incredibly hard to use and frustrating. Whoever worked on the interaction design is incapable. It feels worse than a web app. (Probably is as well) You are asked to put in all of your personal information and money before you can use it. Then when you try to buy something, you gotta buy a ridiculous amount of a stock (e.g. 1000 of Ripple, 10 of Square, etc.) No easy way to withdraw money. After chatting to support, turns out it takes 10 business days to receive your refund. Ridiculous. Oh and of course it doesnât support iPhone X.

This is the best app in terms of both desktop and smartphone platforms. Iâve used every app out there, but this one is far better than the rest. In my opinion, Itâs a great combination of the meta trader and TradingView. The visuals here are far better and the I personally only trust it to enter and exit trades on other platforms being that Iâm a US citizen. Besides hoping that youâll one day accept USA customers, thank you and for anyone whoâs wondering about the about, itâs free, as a great demo account, offers weekend trading and has no limit on indicators. Itâs the best.
