Weve been using this app for nearly 7 years now and love the way its setup. Everything works, is easy to upload, and track. One thing that does bother me is that I dont see a way to pull photos down in bulk incase the platform goes under or we experience a life change which forces us to cut back.(hasn’t happened, but the risk of losing years of photos is present in those cases) Peekabu should rely on its product quality which is great as opposed to trapping people in the ecosystem.(note: if there is a way to bulk export, then ill revise this) Still giving a solid 5 stars though as again, the app is great aside from one element.

This app is not only exceptional for sharing any and all updates regarding our little one, but its also great for families that are separated by distance. My family lives farther away and have only seen him twice since he was born 6 months ago. We can upload daily pictures and videos easily while adding in the milestones and measurements as well, and our family members can comment and like our moments. Anyone we choose to share our moments with (either via the app or via email), can stay up to date with how quickly he is changing! For anything that isnt obvious on the app, I had a question about editing the milestones feature, so I emailed customer service and someone got back to me very promptly with the answer I needed. The free version is more than adequate for our needs, but we have been considering the upgraded version as well. I consider myself a more private person, so its nice to have an app to post pics/vids on where only selected people can view them. This way I feel l

I’ve had this app for a year, and it has really slipped in quality since I started using it. On the plus size, it is user friendly and well laid out. That is the only ice thing to say. The negatives far outweigh the positives. Uploading pictures and videos to the app used to be no problem. Now, it is an exercise in patience like no other. It literally takes days to upload videos. If you try to upload multiple videos and/or pictures, you will wait and wait while a progress circle hovers at 20% indefinitely. Then you get a series of error messages over and over that include things like “request timed out,” or “unable to connect to server.” This will go on for days and you have to keep the app open as much as possible because you can only upload if it’s open. I currently have three videos in my upload queue that I tried to upload three days ago. It’s infuriating. You also cannot invite anyone to join and view your photos unless you use Facebook, which I don’t. When I first started using this app, you could invite via text or email, but they changed it to only allow invitations through Facebook. Again, infuriating. Finally, beware that if you join and start putting up pictures, you will eventually be required to pay $30 PER YEAR to continue using this app. In my opinion, this is highway robbery and a pretty shameless bait and switch. The service isn’t remotely worth the cost, not to mention how smarmy is. Very frustrating and expensive app.
