When I realized they had been charging me twice a month, for same thing, I called and they said they’d take care of it. They couldn’t issue a refund, but they would not charge me for a year. However, they are still charging me.

Revised review: the app is now working again since the latest update. Leaving the below because I still think it’s poor planning to have the only support option be within the app itself! Original review: [Like the title says, I upgraded to iOS 14 yesterday and now this app crashes when I try to open it. And when I tap on App Support here in the App Store, it tries to send me to...the app. Which crashes. So I’m leaving feedback in a review here because I don’t feel like waiting on hold just to talk to someone about this. ETA: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I got through the screen where I told it I didn’t want notifications, then it crashed again before loading the main screen or having me log in.]

Easy to use. The local news is readily available. The photos are great. It's nice to have all this at one's fingertips, but there is no national or world news. One has to go go to other sources or to the pc version, which is excellent, to get all the rest of the news. It does include sports, but I could do without it. I'd give it five stars if it just added national and world news. Fat chance of any change, though, with only one other reviewer.
