Needs a serious revision with more flexibility especially with chat support and a chat engine capable of keeping connection when support agent asks you to search the phone for info or check your balance etc. So when we leave the app opened but we minimize it, then it shouldn’t disconnect me from the agent. Also i should be able to send by email or save the chat transcript. And Be able to send screenshots as attachments to my agent so he understands better my problem. All these are a minimum for chat support engine. No?

This app keeps on crashing, i can see how many GB i have left cz it cover 3g data with other data. Every time i want to use it i have to delete it and redownload it, wicheads into log in problem every time
