Vault to lock photo & video

I really like this app. This is a great app, im not joking i have had this app for a few years now and went through a couple phones. Perfect app for privacy. R when u just need to hide some x rated pix and videos. 🤐😏

After updating this app I attempted to open up vault lock and entered my password and all I get is a blank white screen. How am I suppose to get all my pictures and videos back. These updates always have issues..This is not the first time this has happened but I thought it was my phone. So I uninstalled but gave it another chance months later. This app is a piece of garbage I paid to upgrade and I lost everything Save your money, time and not get aggravated and go with a different app because this one is @&$%#^*€><|%££....if I could rate this app -1000 I would..it sure do t deserve the 1 rating I am force to choose.

Not sure what happened. I opened the app today and signed up for the free trial. Then when I tried moving some photos it said it was "syncing" and I hit "ok" and nothing happened. I closed out of the app and re-opened it. A calculator screen came up, but I can't access my photos. I have Touch ID enabled, but it doesn't prompt me for that. I enter my password, but that doesn't work either. Please help me figure out how to fix this and I can happily change my review to 5 stars. Thanks!
