This app saved me from waiting biweekly for my check . I’m not used to biweekly pay so it’s become an inconvenient but the fact that I can transfer my money the same day is a plus and the fee to pay is worth it !

First, I will say that this app is actually good when it WORKS. But as of lately I’ve constantly had issues with this app reporting my hours very late and on multiple occasions this app has reported my balance at $0 when i have a consistent schedule. Usually when I work, my hours are reported by 1pm the next day and my balance will reflect what I made the night before. I contact support as they say and it feels like I am talking to a brick wall. They always give me multiple excuses until there’s an actual fix to the problem at hand. It seems like customer service is lazy and only there to waste your time especially when it comes to being paid for my time.

Like waiting tables / worth the hard work to have access to ur wages daily. Brutal to make poverty wage and have wait for pay.
