This app saved me this month. I was able to instantly transfer for a 2.99 fee and saw it in my bank even when I had a negative balance. I can breathe now that I can pay these bills.. thank you for being a reliable resource. Worked in seconds. As for the previous bad reviews: they seemed to have fixed all their issues. Great job

I don’t understand how this app / company is even able to legally handle consumers money. There is always issues but no customer support. The “chat” team doesn’t even respond! I have funds just sitting available that I can’t access because the app won’t allow me to update my payroll elections. It’s forcing me to delete down to only one account instead of the three I usually split my check amongst but when I delete them, the app won’t save the changes. This has been a cycle for the past three days. This company needs to either get an actual line of communication to assist the consumers that they are rightfully contracted to provide services for or just shut down all together !

The app was functioning well until Monday, but now it’s requiring manager approval for my time, which I’ve already obtained. This has not resolved the issue of accessing my funds. Additionally, the chat feature is unhelpful, as it simply repeats my questions without offering any real solutions. I expected this matter to be addressed promptly but no assistance was provided.
Update : The system finally updated within the app and I was able to access my funds.
