Terrible customer care. Approach with caution
I bought all the in app lessons which came to roughly £80. I had to remove them from my phone at some point. When I tried to re install them I could not. After several attempts to contact the developers, I have had no resolve and no product. I was advised by the developers to take it further with the App Store and this has been time consuming and futile. I am just writing it off. My German has not improved either. I would advise proceed with care and caution with this app.

Cant play media
I have just bought hour 1 of the German but can't play it because the play button appears to be off the screen on my Ipod 4th Generation. What can i do about this, or can I have a refund please?

Buggy in-app downloads
I'm a fan of the Michel Thomas method so very pleased to find this app. Content is good but each time I buy the next instalment the app repeatedly stalls and crashes during download. I have to open and close the app about 10 times to get an hour downloaded. Maybe it's my phone but I've never had this problem with any other app.
