bet365 - Sports Betting

I’ve been on a few of these betting apps and I got to admit this was very good, easy to navigate, took me about 20mins to properly know what I was doing regarding placing my first few bets but very quickly got the hang of how things worked - I only use my iPhone initially but on an iPad or laptop it would be a bigger screen and so much easier to see the whole layout of the site (cannot be fully appreciated on my IPhone) and I will eventually use my laptop to log-in and place my bets on football - the casino is separate as I expected but using your same details is just another log-in page to sign in and away you go! (I don’t use the casino) Very nice app and I got my free £30 free bets as soon as I set-up with my details on the main page - definitely 5 stars on my laptop/iPad! A major plus on this site is watching the game you bet on (football) on a few other sites this can be extremely hit or miss, this app is very slick and would recommend this app especially for football as this is what I use the app for - streaming football, no buffering - overall 4 stars for my iPhone and easily 5 stars on my laptop/iPad - excellent! Having used numerous betting sites, I have a favouritism for staying with Bet 365. I have many different GOOD REASONS for this that our betting community obviously knows. That said, I do sometimes think that if you haven’t the benefit of actually watching your bet live that results can sometimes be lagged. Another betting site competitor often picks a horse meeting that pays your bet back (up to the value of £20, as a free bet - - - on a single bet) on every race that day at that meeting, if your selection finishes 2nd to the favourite!!!! I personally think this is a great marketing tool, as when I know it’s happening and at which meeting, I place all my single £20 bets with this online bookmaker that day. Something for you guys at Bet 365 to think about!!! It’s of particular interest to the punter when a very short odds favourite is being gambled. (Say a 1 to 4 on shot or a 2 to 9shot) where rest of the field could possibly be 4/1 upwards?????

I have been with bet365 for nearly 11 years to start of with it was brilliant but it has really gone downhill the last year or so consistently freezes while trying to watch horse racing normally just as it gets to the end of the race. Half the time it takes ages to load up the app. You don’t get as many good offers as you used to. A few times recently I have won a bet and then all of a sudden they take the money back even if you bank your winnings they just give you a minus balance even if the money doesn’t go into your bank account and it takes ages to sort it out you get a message saying that they have paid out in error or the other day I had 4 winners on a lucky 31 but 1 got voided of apparently the bet was placed after the result so I gained an unfair advantage even though I watched the race which started just after I put the bet on. Every now and again it stops giving you the bet boosts for about a week for no reason at all. It is starting to become a joke now I am really considering changing to a new bookmaker unless they sort themselves out which is a shame because I used to enjoy betting with them and by sound of things I’m not the only one to be having these issues so hopefully they will sort them soon or you will be losing a lot of customers
