I would just like to start by saying BET365 is the best betting site by far. I have only been betting on these sites for around a year now. They are only often only matched by Sky bet. They also do the each way extra for more places which is great with odds going down for each extra place. Six Horse Challenge - Sports/Horse Racing/free games tabs. Free spins - Bet365 games/offers/mercenary. The free games are often fruitfull and are fun to play. I have had to contact BET365 customer service through their chat service once. It was when I was fairly new to horse racing. I placed a bet a few days before the race and my horse was a non runner. I did not get my stake money back so I contacted BET365 via their chat service to ask why and found out about the ante post 48 hr rule. Their staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding and they told me as a one time good will gesture they would return my stake as I did not understand the ante post 48 hr rule. I was very impressed by the service I was given from Bet365. Overall I have found Bet365 to be the best user friendly honest betting site there is to use and I now use them as my regular betting site over all others. I highly recommend Bet365.

So I’ve been a loyal customer of bet 365 for many years. Around a month ago I decided to play high stakes slots and blackjack games for a while and won! I immediately received an email from bet 365 saying I was high risk and they we’re restricting my deposit limits???? They didn’t even ask me to provide any documentation of my personal available funds. I sent emails explaining I had plenty of disposable income which I do, but there answer to this was “We need to ensure our customers gamble responsibly” I asked them how they could determine if I was gambling responsibly without having knowledge of my personal finances. They failed to answer my question. I’ve deleted my account as this business only want low stakes players who win little or lose hence the profits they make. I deleted my account immediately and withdrew all monies left in my account. Not even a phone call from them to discuss the dissatisfaction which I find appalling from such a big company

Honestly how this site hasn’t been shut down or a deep investigation hasn’t taken place into the fairness of these rats I’ll never know, RTP for sessions is consistently 60/70% overall at best, 3000 stakes in the last 4 days and have an RTP of 52%, 44%, 75%, 56% it’s actually scandalous how they get away with it, in the middle of reporting my gameplay to the IBAS and chasing up legal action against them over a large period of time spanning months where the games on the site have paid unfairly, I use other sites too on a regular basis so I know the basic math to compare and show what a con this site really is. Over a 2 day period 2 weeks ago staked 3570 stakes, with 1772 in comparison with the stake returned. The amount of times this has happened is ridiculous they have no intention of abiding by RTP and the slots are corrupt, and in all honesty anyone reading this stay as far away from this site as possible, honestly use any casino apart from these robbing rats. The most corrupt casino of all time. Edit* Todays sessions consisted of 2 bonus round paying x4 and x6.8. How are these still allowed to run this absolute robbery I have no idea.
