Support for this app is really bad. I really like the app, but when there is an issue there is zero assistance.
This app is an awesome concept. However I echo the thoughts of other reviews, the price per song is just too high. This might not be the case if the tracks had more versatility. For example, being able to truly change keys in a real range of keys, not simply 'auto-tuning' the track into another key. That alone limits it use capabilities for those of us don't have the greatest of voices and need to play around with keys before preforming the songs. Another issue I saw with the app was that you are stuck with the version of the song that is recorded in their arrangement. While I don't think this is a bad thing, it would be helpful to have the exact sheet music or chord charts to go along with the arrangements that were recored. This would save potentially hours of time making sure that one has the proper arrangement with all the proper chords for that particular song. Perhaps access to an online database with that information, along with a simple lyric sheet for turning it into slides. I think with those improvements, I wouldn't mind paying $5.99 or more for a song because it would have the flexibility most of us need for such an app. Again, it's an awesome concept and could be a huge benefit for a lot of people if it simply had a few additions. Keep up the good work!
Would have preferred to send an e-mail rather than post publicly but there is no way to contact you - not even from the "support" link above. You lost 2.5 stars for isolating yourself from your users. Btw, Facebook is for marketing not support. On to the app - it's a good app and will serve some worship leaders I'm sure. However, since you purchased rights to the music, I can't understand why you didn't include a scroll of words - words and chords would be 5 star worthy - just in case that a leader loses his/her place in the song while wrangling all the requirements that a leader has: singing, playing, looking at the congregation, listening to the Spirit, etc. etc. The faders could be shortened without compromising function too allow space. Did I miss something or is there a way to use the click but keep it out of the house mix? Truly an app on the way, but not quite there yet. A true support link with a contact address would be a huge step forward as well.
