great customer support 5stars... they keep improving and respond quickly too!!!This App was recently updated. It’s does have a more modern look and the signature section was greatly increased, customers are very happy with the space. The confirmation box could be enlarged greatly and please please photo card reader would be lovely!!! The bottom field runs into the invoice slot when typing kinda hard to select but you get used to it. Three stars gets the gob done. But could use a few improvements. I am using on an iPad 9.7.

I have been using PayTrace for almost 10 years now. It is pretty quick and fair rates. Have to check up every now and then but that is through your actual processing center vs the PayTrace portal. Not saying we have not had some problems but when we do they are usually good about taking care of it and helping do what needs to be done so it does not happen again.
