I’m reviewing the app and the company here - not the wine. I have no where near enough knowledge to review wine - I just know what I like. But as for Naked Wines, and the Naked Wines app, I cannot fault them. My wife and I have been members for some years now, and we have never been let down. 5 stars may seem a lot for someone, or some company, simply delivering what they promise, but there will be so many pieces of the puzzle that have to fit together, at the right time, for us to enjoy our wine, exactly when we want it, that makes a 5 stars may seem rating completely justified. Keep up the good work!
It’s just such a difficult app to navigate, it’s hard to find anything, if you get an email and you click the link it takes you to the website but asks you to open the app at the top, but can you find the case on the app? No, eg the Easter case? Is it under cases? No. Can you search “Easter”? No results. The only way I got the Easter box was by adding it to my basket on the website, then it appeared in the app. Just difficult! I was offered a leftover xmas case again but could I find out how to order it? No…awful.
Indeed, something did go wrong - your app! All I get is this error message when I try to go into the app - even though I am logged in. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app, I’ve signed in and out but I just get Oops something went wrong - please tap and try again. That doesn’t work. It keeps trying the facial recognition log in (which works) but then I just get the error message again. Really irritating as I have to log into the full site to place an order. Please sort it out.
