KS StateBank Mobile Banking

After the last update, I am consistently stuck in login limbo where it’s attempting a login, but it sure isn’t getting through. I also have to put in my information manually every week versus being able to use my easy log on (ie finger print or facial recognition). It would also be nice to see pending checks as well.

This app is awesome. It does everything I need it to. It surprisingly has more features than expected. I feel, though, that it's a bit bulky; especially in its opening screen. I also feel that it could be edited so that it opens faster. Overall, great app and useful for us as we use Kansas State Bank.

Pretty good when you can get it to login. For whatever reason half of the time it tells me my login is invalid even though I type in the same thing every time. It also takes FOREVER to load, quicker to go to the mobile site. When it works, it works good! Minor improvements could make it a great app. Mobile deposits and alerts (low balance, daily balance, deposits) would be a great addition as well!
