This app falls way short of other banking apps. For starters, it will not save your user ID. Which doesn’t exactly make you feel like a welcome customer! Next, there us no option to show your password. Make a mistake, and you get to guess what it was. Try to schedule a payment, the only apparent option is Today! You have to dig to figure out a future payment date. These are just a few. Central Bank could do much better!

With the recent”upgrade “ nothing much works better. First off I was told I didn’t know my password. When in fact it was the recent upgrade that wouldn’t let me use my password. Then this morning I made a mobile check deposit and the back photo I saw was fine but the photo that you show me you received was all wavy and cut up. Also I like the old format a lot better maybe simply because I was used to it and now I have to get used to a new format.

This banking application is difficult to use and the mobile deposit function doesn’t work for me at all. I’ve had a terrible time trying to deposit checks which has resulted in lengthy wait times to access the funds and fees associated with deposits being rejected.
