Downloaded the app when I first got my car two years ago. Had car trouble, opened the app, and in less than 5 mins arrangements were made with Acura roadside assistance to send help. After I got a text in 3 minutes with a link to a live map that gave me real time updates where the service vehicle was! Very much how you can track your Uber driver. Really helpful!

The app made the phone call after having me select the nature of my problem, then the person answering the phone asked me the same thing the app prompted me for, and for info I already had in my profile including my name, car model, VIN, etc. I don't see the purpose of the app. Acura's roadside assistance service was excellent however, with quick response and a follow-up call.

Lousy app. The "use my current location" feature doesn't work - gives me gps error each time I try. That was one of the best features - but it doesn't work! Besides, even when you put in an address, the app still requires you to call the roadside assistance number. Pointless.

The AcuraLink® Roadside app provides a new level of safety and security for Acura owners. It allows users to quickly and easily request roadside and towing services, lock-out assistance, tire changes, fuel delivery and more. The app can easily deliver a GPS location to dispatched support and provide ongoing status updates for the user during an event.
The AcuraLink Roadside app is available for customers in the United States. Towing and roadside assistance services are performed by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin and Wyoming, where services are performed by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc.
• Works with all iPhones running version 6.1 software or later
• Not functional on an iPod Touch
Roadside Assistance no-cost benefits apply during warranty period only. See your program details for specific warranty coverages. Beyond warranty coverage, AcuraLink may still be used for non-covered services requiring a separate payment at the time of service.
