My first time using OpenBay and was a bit disappointed. I was looking for an affordable price for an oil change for my Honda Odyssey. I found one at an affordable price of $60 at Uptown Automotive in San Bruno, CA. So I made the appointment. Next morning I drove to Uptown Automotive to get the oil change. The mechanic/owner I spoke with said the the oil change is actually $120. Twice the price from what was on OpenBay. Fortunately I was able to make a deal with the owner Dave. Openbay should have the correct prices so customer aren’t surprised when they get to the shop.

Great app. Used it several times to service my Honda Accord. I had a brake service done and several oil changes.
Was traveling in MA and needed a repair on my Honda. Didn't know many service stations in the area. Heard about openbay on the radio. Gave it a try. Had 12 quotes to service my car in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend.

I don’t get it . The first time I used this place, they were right on point. This time was different. I was scheduled for a simple oil change, and they weren’t at all prepared. ( Didn’t even have the oil in the shop ). Since it was scheduled a week before, you would have assumed that the place would’ve had everything they needed had they been prepared . And I hate to complain , cause the owner is a really nice guy, but I had other things to do on this particular morning. I had to catch 2 Uber cars , which made me spend even more money. Like I said , I’m clueless.
