I saw something on my mobile account that I knew I was going to need some assistance with. It was the Credit union upgrade to the mobile app. I called the call center for assistance and the women I spoke with was very patient with me and extremely helpful in getting the upgrade accomplished. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I’ve been a customer of Vt. Fed. Credit union for many years. I’ve been very pleased and commend the entire staff for their professionalism. Thank you again. Keep up the great job.

Have to say the people in Milton are awesome and I will never change my bank because of them. I have referred several people to this bank. Thank you everyone for doing such a GREAT JOB. Please go back to the old way of getting into your accounts. PLEASE
