I absolutely love Oysho trousers and compressive leggings. The app is very convenient and easy to use. My only complaint is that you cannot get a person to help resolve a customer service issue. I received two pairs of pants recently that still had security tags on them. I had no luck contacting a person by phone or email, so I returned them using the process provided and absorbed the return shipping cost, which while minimal, I don’t believe to be fair. Honestly though, this will not keep me from ordering again.

I recently visited the Oysho store at Marmara Park, Istanbul, and unfortunately had a very negative experience. I spent a considerable amount of time selecting items, but when I went to pay, my card didn't work. Instead of being understanding and patient, the employee handling my transaction became visibly frustrated, threw my card back at me, and took the bag of items from me in a very rude manner. I felt humiliated and disrespected by this behavior. Customer service is an essential part of the shopping experience, and I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to their staff on how to handle such situations with courtesy and professionalism.

This app is so easy to use. I can purchase my items without any problem and in a fast way. Love that it keeps my information saved within my account and helps with a faster checkout. I also absolutely love all items Oysho releases.
