I too have decided to use another company as you cannot now add your bank details so in effect it is cash only.

I have used this app for years, as I take taxis a lot of the time. I’ve never had a problem with it, until the latest update. This has removed the option to add your card details, for automatic payments (unless you have a corporate account) & therefore have now got to pay with cash, which I rarely have, or card in the taxi, & not all the drivers seem happy to accept cards (although they’ve never refused). I’ve been told a couple of different reasons for this update, but essentially it boils down to money. However, because of this, I will now be taking my business to OneCall taxis, who DO allow you to link your debit card. I hope you’ll reconsider this change, in light of losing customers, is it worth it in the long run, for a few small card charges you’d have to shoulder?

The staff on the phone was lovely really nice customer service but my niece was dropped off quite abit away from my house at a late time because the driver had gone weird and kicked her and her friend out because he went on a random wired frenzie after refusing to pay because they didn't get the lift they wanted he then was shouting at them he was gonna run them over and we have that on video but chose not to publish purely because of the customer service being so nice about the situation.. All I want to do is warn people about how they do not crb check any of these people and when we rang up and asked for the plate number we was not aloud it to report even though if my niece had ordered it by app we would have got it. You can think what you like but my niece and her friend are grade A student and was purely coming to my house to sleep for a trip they was both shook up and horrified they told this man there address.. CRB checks are needed!
