For almost 2 weeks now it won’t show any new comments or surveys, it says there is 21 unready but they are all ones I know I have read. It would be nice if it were fixed!!

I have been using this app in my organization for a few years now, and it was usually great, with the exception of a bug every now and then. Since this update, though, our cases come through, but have none of the details that they used to. We’re not sure how to handle any of the negative feedback because we don’t have any details. We can log in on the website and the folks who still have the older version and the details can be seen, but it’s missing from the new version. We’re also not getting the notifications when these alerts come through. It’s very frustrating.

This app is horrible!!!!! Like super horrible.... it's hard to navigate and the information on when shoppers shopped is inaccurate... some surveys on app have said while the store was even open.. but if I go to the full site on web the correct information is there comments are hard to find and open as well as getting the comparison reports, the whole feel of this app is wrong and hard to use!! You should revert to the previous version because I can guarantee most users myself included just end up going to the website to get clear and concise survey results!!!
