I’ve used this app for years, the loading times are pretty slow,L and with little actual usable configuration it’s not a good app. Some of the numbers look fancy but at the end of the day, who cares if the data is hours behind. It needs to have alerts built-in with usable data and not log out so much Needs work

This is an invaluable business resource that I highly recommend to many! It helps me keep track of so much, and has also taught me quite a bit! If you’re looking to have business metrics, data analysis, and more all in one, this is the place! The app works well, and I have never dealt with it crashing and so on. I recommend! 👍🏻

When I was introduced to this program I was very excited as the videos seemed to depict an easier and updated system to monitor the work place. As time went on I noticed that there is key features missing for example integration with floor plan, table orders with details even if open at the time, server sales and performance (a average sales per guest, Average sale on tables, voids, comps and promos along with details to who they pertain to) though the website does contain these,Its difficult to manage a location and having to constantly look at multiple apps (that don’t contain everything) or needing to be sitting in front of a computer to get all the information. The new “update” now does not show labor percentage. so the example picture on this app info no longer is true. Labor is definitely one of the most important features in order to maximize net sales (surprisingly many locations agree). I’m now starting to miss the ancient PULSE app that had everything in one app. I would definitely give up the updated platform and go with an outdated platform that will give you everything in one app and more details on their desktop program. The suggested scheduling or ordering takes over a month to get into rhythm so it will creat a cost PNL. Please fix these these or add these features. I knwit the company I work for trialed this program for close to a year and still seems to be missing things. This program might be intended for work places but maybe not the service industry. Sorry to write this but hopefully you improve this program to the actual potential it can be.
