I truly didn’t think such an incompetent app existed. This app was formatted for an iPhone 4 and has received zero meaningful updates since that phone was released. Schedules load 25% of the time if you’re lucky, and some buttons just don’t work. The fact that multiple multi-million dollar companies use this app is legitimately sickening and my heart goes out to every poor soul like myself who is forced to use this low effort, outdated app because their company doesn’t want to pay an extra $10 a month to 7shifts, where they actually know how to run an app. Please hire real app developers not contractors from fiverr.
Finding out that I’m able to do my inventory with the app was the greatest news I could have possibly been given. For the first few months it was such a breeze. Then all of a sudden the “WEEKLY” button that takes you back to the list of areas disappears the moment you start typing into the search bar. Forcing me to save, and then completely close the entire app, and reopen it just to move on to another section. It’s ridiculous. Wondering when this app is going to get the update that it desperately needs.
This whole app needs a major rehaul and makeover will constantly make you sign in multiple times. Even after putting in your password. Glitches and crashes are normal occurrences. Counting inventory is a nightmare because you have to save after every item counted or else risk losing all of your work due to a crash or “login error” I opened the app last night to count inventory, it let me login and set up the right week and select the correct line and then I began counting. After counting and recording almost the entire store I hit post and it popped up with a “invalid login” cannot save. Had to close to app and restart and lost all of my work. Insanely frustrating. I really do not like this app
