On Tap® Banking

The app is fine, I can navigate easily and find what I need. What is really annoying is that almost every time I try to login the face recognition doesn't work and it tells me my login failed (and I get a security alert failed password email), so I have to constantly put in my ID and password. What's the point of having the option for Face ID when it's not going to work?

I’m in the app at least twice per day. It keeps me informed on the transactions that have happened during the day. It makes it so easy to move money between accounts and makes paying bills a breeze. I love this app.

Please do not join this credit union, they’ll trap you in to their sweet talk for you to join them and they screw your money and leave you in debt like they did to me. When you complain to them, they won’t help you and they’ll tell you that this is their banking system...... it’s the worst banking system I have ever seen so please save your self and money from them before they rob you dry. I regret it and I’m making my way out from them.
