Writing a review for free for CheapOair I’ve done this for over 35 years. I actually should get paid to write a review. Eight times I have used CheapOair as my ticket source and I had not had any issues or problems with my tickets times reservations at all. I have used United. I’ve used Philippine Airlines STARLUX , i’ve flown into Eco Manila Taiwan then into sea boo where was my final destination? I’ve used a total of six Airlines no need to go into details unless I get paid for it. But I will say this much is given much as required as a return customer and a single parent to be treated well on Airlines is a effort. The airline should be more personable and think about how people work all year to get their two weeks, vacation and airline can spoil it or a employee or disgruntled employee who doesn’t want to be there can ruin that flight and possibly their vacation that they work so hard for on either a check-in or a checkout I would hope they would treat the people who are traveling with extra care concern. God bless you and have a wonderful year, even though there’s only three more days left. 2026 here we come.
The company Cheap Air, in reality, is a company with very poor services and employees who are not professional at all. A few days ago, I had a flight from one U.S. city to Chicago, with my first leg in Denver. Unfortunately, my second flight was delayed by six hours and then canceled. I contacted Cheap Air directly and told them to coordinate with United to refund my money. I also asked them to cancel my hotel and car rental in Chicago since I couldn’t make it on time. However, they completely ignored me, and I had to call multiple times before they finally confirmed the cancellations. Yet, I still haven’t received my $2000 refund for the flight, and the money for the hotel and car rental hasn’t been refunded either. The staff are extremely unprofessional, keeping me on hold for hours, and then sometimes cutting off the call automatically without taking responsibility. So I strongly advise everyone not to book tickets, hotels, or cars with this company. They are basically scammers. When I asked them to book a car for me from Denver back home, they quoted $650, but when I called again, another representative booked it for $250. They also ask for personal credit card details, which is a big risk. To anyone who is in charge at Cheap Air, if you’re reading this, please pay serious attention to the staff you hire, because many of them are thieves.
After saving for a trip to Arizona and Mexico for 3 years, me and my family were excited for our trip and happy that we got a good deal from this website. This ended when we got to the airport and found out that there was no record of our flight and that a flight going to the city we were going to has not existed for more than 6 months. In shock, we tried to call customer service. We have currently been on hold with them for more than 3 hours. A man picked up, said he could not help us, put us back on hold and that is where we are now. When we talked to the management of the airport they informed us that they have no affiliation to this app and that what they do is often sell regular priced. When we finally got put through, they took an extra 30 minuets to pull up our “itinerary” that we already told them does not exist. We had booked activities in Arizona and because of our non-existent flight were not able to attend them. Altogether, we wasted over 3000 dollars on these flights and don’t even know if we can go to Mexico and if that flight doesn’t exist too. I you account the activities and hotel we would not use, it is actually so much more. I recommend using any other service or just buying through the actual airline. This whole experience has been extremely stressful and heartbreaking for us because we worked so hard for this vacation and we might have just been completely robbed by this fake company that might just be a scam.
