This is a case of the other 1 stars being totally accurate. I downloaded the app and have messed around with various ways of accessing the internet as the error message I receive says that my internet connection is the problem. Nope, it’s not - this app just doesn’t work. Also, I’m in Korea trying to use the app so I find it sus that the problem has something to do with overseas bots: I’m in Korea with a Korean IP address. Seriously - this app is terrible: don’t bother trying to use it.

This app doesn't work, I'd like to book a domestic flight but it's impossible. Why have an English version of the app if you don't accept reservation from English speakers?
JinAir must lose a lot of business because of their bad app!

What is the whole point of an app if you cant even check-in online? This app/airline is so stupid, that’s all i have to say. They have to do better, I’m surprised it’s still in business.
