제목 그대롭니다. 처음에 앱 나왔을 땐 죽 잘 되어서 드디어 에어부산도 세계와 발 맞추는구나 싶었는데, 몇 달만에 표 끊고 월렛에 표를 넣으려니 애플 월렛 아이콘을 눌러도 엑스 표시만 뜨고 반응이 없네요. 이메일이나 휴대폰 다운로드는 잘 됩니다. 따로 버그 리포트 하는 데를 못 찾아서 여기다 씁니다. App Support도 그냥 모바일 홈피로 연결 되네요.

I have three issues with the app.
1. My full legal name is too long according to the app. I am allowed to enroll in the membership program and must use my full legal name. Yet, I am not allowed to purchase a ticket because my full legal name is more than 23 letters long. I am using English option on the app, but it’s just real translation. There’s no actual help offered unless you’re Korean. There’s a reservation center the app prompts you to call, but it’s all in Korean.
2. I wanted to un-enroll in the membership program because it’s useless. I can’t do anything with it because I can’t even buy a ticket. There is no option to un-enroll or delete my account.
3. Find My Password doesn’t work. To use Find My Password you have to enter you site ID, email address, and full legal name 🙄. The app said it was wrong and registered information didn’t match. So, I tried Find My ID. You need your full legal name and email address to do so. I got an email confirming my site ID. I entered it into the site along with my email address and full legal name, but got the same message again about information not matching. There is no help desk and there is no one to troubleshoot or send questions to.
This app is such an unnecessary headache.
