Reverse Phone Lookup

I have been purchasing the $4.99 plan monthly for a few years now. Until a few months or so ago it was a great value for the $$. I mainly use it for ph #’s to get the verified basics. Such as all other known ph no, addresses, emails, aliases, and known acquaintances/family members. 20 of these lookups for $4.99 a mo. With notifications automatically when more/new info becomes available. Like I said…. some months ago I went in the app and it looked different. It was remodeled. I guess you’d say and not for the better. A lot of my information that I had had saved was claim missing. I don’t receive the notification anymore info on them and when I type phone number into search now, the only information that it gives me, what cellular carrier it possibly originated from. if I want any of that other information I used to I have to pay for it 399 for one look up or $7.99 for three. And one time I did pay the $7.99for the three lookups just to make sure that it was all the information that I would’ve gotten prior with just my $4.99member and it was. Or I can go into expensive monthly plans, but at this point, I don’t even trust you so my question if anyone can answer that would like to hear because I’m going to cancel my membership as soon as next month, I missed the renewal date last week or would’ve canceled it then. That’s fine if you don’t want to give out 20 information lookups for 5 bucks, BUT, don’t charge $4.99 for nothing in return. It’s extremely frustrating and just plain rude. Or am I missing something here? And I’m going to give it a two or three star rating because it was a very useful awesome app for a very long time and maybe it’ll get fixed. Maybe it’s glitching or whatever I don’t know what I’d be reimbursed the benefits I was receiving five or six months. Wishful thinking I’m sure. A very disappointed longtime member

The only problem I’m having is when my phone doesn’t display the caller’s phone number but rather a title such as “Potential Spam” on the top line of the caller ID in my I-phone instead of the caller’s phone number. When the too line displays the caller’s phone number, it will automatically populate on the website. When the top line is a name or title (as previously mentioned) it will not display the number. The only work around is to call the number back briefly, hang up before they answer, so the number is displayed on the too line as an outgoing call. Then I can touch the number and it will display in your website. When I manually put the number into the website, it doesn’t display who the call is from and doesn’t work.

This app has surpassed my expectations. Anyone who uses it can almost immediately determine the intent of a caller. Where the carrier originated, and you can deduce the likelihood of the call originating from a robocall hub or if the caller is not in the USA. I maintain a log of all these calls to my home or cell phone and the history feature provides an accurate record, chronologically. I recommend this app for everyone. In today’s social climate, the security minded need some kind of edge. Enjoy it. You will. LJ
