Solitaire 3D for iPad

I have been playing these games for many years. I have enjoyed them immensely. There is one game which has a glitch, and I have been hoping it would be corrected over the many updates, but it has not. In the game Three Shuffles the final move is to select a card from beneath the pile to complete the game. Most of the time it does not work; it is frozen. If it would work, the game would be delightful.

Tonight, the app crashed while I was playing. Nothing restored it. I tried quitting all apps, restarting my iPad, and finally in desperation I deleted it and downloaded it again. The app had changed completely. The menus were different and the cards the cards were different; it had the same appearance as the iPhone app, but larger. All of my in app purchases of extra games and decks had been erased. And I cannot seem to find them anywhere. I originally purchased the app on April 10, 2011, and have enjoyed using it for years. Now I am at a loss to understand how this could happen within a few minutes time. I tried to contact support, but the server is gone. I am writing this review to see if something can be done to help restore the app and my purchases. Grassgames, please help! Update: Grassgames has contacted me indirectly and asked me to fix the problem by going to the grassgames forum. That’s like a non-apology. There is an email address to contact them directly on their website, but they did not bother to contact me directly. I will try to email them and update this review again. So far, it is very tedious getting help!

I have been playing this game for years. It’s great dependable and satisfying alternative to all the flash games that nickel, dime and dollar you to death. I don’t think I’ve spent a dime on this game. I don’t have to communicate anyone. There is an abundance of choices with many more options than I could ever imagine. If your internet goes down you can still continue play the game you were playing last. Nobody is harassing me about money or anything else which is a much appreciated feature. In fact I’ve often wondered about how this game continues on with no financial funding. I had wondered if it had been created by someone that walked off and abandoned it to its own fate. I was startled this morning when the game master ask me to review this game today. So, yes I give this game a five star rating.
