When I would notice things like potholes or street lights being out, I’d report it to the website. The app is super convenient and easy to use to quickly let the city know when maintenance is needed. Super happy I downloaded this!
There is still a bug! I can’t open the app. Wants me to update but then kicks me out.
I was very surprised that the city of Henderson (Nevada) had an app! And that it actually works!! It logs into your profile for the cities website. You're able to take a picture of the problem you're reporting and let's you make a description, the best part is you can use Google Maps to mark the location. It also gives "status" updates for your reports, received/pending/closed stuff like that. I wish they would "save" your login so you didn't have to type it all in every time you login. Keep up the good work Henderson!
